What does the Scale plan include that others don't?

The Scale plan adds the custom landing page builder (tablepay.pro/yourusername), API access, webhook integrations, and dedicated support. The landing page is auto-generated from your data with colors from your logo.

Are there per-transaction fees?

TablePay does not charge per-transaction fees. Payment processing fees are charged by your payment gateway (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.) at their standard rates.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Over 175 payment methods across 40+ countries, including UPI (India), PIX (Brazil), PromptPay (Thailand), QRIS (Indonesia), M-Pesa (Kenya), PayPay (Japan), Kakao Pay (Korea), Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.

How does the payment flow work?

The payment screen auto-detects the restaurant's country and shows locally relevant options. In India, guests see GPay/PhonePe/Paytm buttons. In Thailand, they see PromptPay QR. In the US, they see card and Apple Pay options.

Can guests pay with cash?

Yes. Cash is always available as a payment option. The guest places their order digitally and pays at the counter. The order is still tracked in the system.

How does the landing page builder work?

On the Scale plan, we auto-generate a complete landing page from your existing data (logo, name, menu, hours, contact info). We extract colors from your logo, give you 3 style options (Clean & Minimal, Bold & Dark, Warm & Classic), and you publish in under 2 minutes.

What if I downgrade from Scale?

Your landing page will be unpublished. Your data is preserved — upgrade again and it's restored instantly.

Can I edit the content?

Yes. Click any text on the live preview to edit it inline. You can also toggle sections on/off from the sidebar. No coding or design skills needed.

TablePay works with any internet connection. Orders are queued and synced automatically. Staff can still use the system in offline mode for basic functions.
