STEP 1
Scan the QR code
Every table has a unique QR code. Guests scan it with their phone camera — no app needed. It opens a mobile-optimized menu instantly.
STEP 2
Browse the menu
Photos, descriptions, prices, and dietary filters. Guests can search, filter by category, and see what's available right now.
STEP 3
Add to cart & order
Tap to add items, customize (extra cheese, no onions), review the cart, and submit. The order goes straight to the kitchen display.
STEP 4
Track the order
Guests see real-time status updates: pending → preparing → ready → served. They know exactly when their food is coming.
STEP 5
Pay from their phone
When ready, guests pay via their country's preferred method — UPI, PIX, PromptPay, Cards, Apple Pay, or cash at the counter.
STEP 6
Rate & share
After payment, guests can rate the experience and share on WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, or whatever messenger is popular in their country.
