Encryption in transit
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Every API call, every page load, every payment — fully encrypted.
Encryption at rest
All stored data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Database backups, user data, and payment information are protected even if physical storage is compromised.
Payment security
TablePay never stores or processes card numbers. All payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.). We only store transaction references.
Authentication
Staff accounts are protected with secure password hashing. Session tokens are rotated regularly. Brute-force protection on all login endpoints.
Infrastructure
Our platform runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with automatic scaling, redundant storage, and DDoS protection.
Data ownership
Your data belongs to you. Export your menu, orders, customer data, and analytics anytime. No vendor lock-in. No data hostage.
No data selling
We never sell, share, or monetize your data or your customers' data. Our business model is subscriptions, not advertising.
Regular backups
Automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery. Your data is never lost, even in the unlikely event of a system failure.
